fine print}
PLACING YOUR ORDER
1. When you're ready to
place an order, just click on the 'Add to Cart' button below the
product pricing. You will be taken to your PayPal shopping cart.
2. If you want to add
another product, just click on the 'Continue Shopping' button, if not,
click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
3. The Fun Placemats
Company uses PayPal to secure all of our transactions. If you already
have a PayPal account you can log in. If you don't have a PayPal
account, you can click 'continue' to check out with out creating one
or opt to create a new account.
4. If you do not want to
create an account, simply enter your billing information and click the
'Review Order and Continue' button.
5. Select your shipping
method and click the 'Pay Now' button to complete your transaction.
You will be redirected to our Thank You page which confirms we have
received your order.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
1. Standard Domestic:
Your order should arrive at your address within 5-7 business days.
2. Standard Expedited:
Your order should arrive at your address within 2-3 business days.
3. Express Domestic: If
your order is placed on our website before 10:00 AM (Monday - Friday),
your order will be processed and shipped so you should receive your
order the next business day. If your order is placed after 10:00 AM,
you will receive your order on the 2nd business day. Express Domestic
shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, P.O.
Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.
4. All of our shipping rates are based on quantity, not weight.
5. Orders can not be changed online once they are submitted. Email our
Customer Care Department and they will do their best to accommodate
you.
6. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship Internationally.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently accept Visa, Maser Card, American Express, Discover Card,
and PayPal via the PayPal payment gateway. |
RETURN OPTIONS
If you're not happy with your order, then we're not happy with your
order.
1. If something is wrong with your order (you received the wrong
product or your order arrived damaged), send an email to our
Customer
Care Department and be sure to include your contact information (don't
forget your phone number if you want us to call you) and we will
remedy the situation as fast as possible.
2. If you are not satisfied with your order but there is nothing
physically wrong with it, we can only accept a return if the product
is sent back to us unused, in its original packaging. Just send an
email to our Customer Care Department and we will work with you to
remedy the situation.
3. We can not issue a Rapid Return if the order is older than 60 days,
however, contact our Customer Care Department and they will make every
effort to accommodate you.
4. All Gift Certificate sales are final and can not be returned.
SALES TAX
Sorry, if you live in Connecticut we have to add tax to your order.
